Patch Halifax is a modern fabric shop and sewing workroom located on Robie Street in Halifax. We will stock hard to find fabrics plus lots of organics and everything you need to complete any project from clothes to quilts to curtains. And the best part is that we will teach you how! Our workroom will be home to a big cutting table and reliable irons plus 5 Bernina sewing machines and 1 serger which will be used for classes (one sewing machine per student for real hands on learning) and machines will also be available for hourly rental. We think sewing is best when done amongst friends and fellow enthusiasts so we welcome anyone and everyone… even if the last experience with needle and thread was in 6th grade home ec.
