Christopher Webb lives and works between Nova Scotia, Canada and central Italy. He is a self-taught, visual artist who frequently guest lectures at universities and art colleges.

Webb has participated in numerous international solo and group exhibitions including: Dys(U)topia – Crea Cantieri del Contemporaneo Venezia, Venice, Italy (2024) Air Land 4.0: Nature, Technology, Energy – Turin, Italy (2022),  Nova Scotia Art Bank Exhibition – Anna Leonowens Gallery / NSCAD University, Nova Scotia, Canada (2022), Acadia University Art Gallery – Nova Scotia, Canada (2021), and Terroir – A Nova Scotia Survey – Art Gallery of Nova Scotia, Canada (2016).

His work has been placed in various public collections including: Comune di Valenzano (Bari, Italy), The Nova Scotia Art Bank (Nova Scotia, Canada), Province House (Nova Scotia, Canada), and Saint Mary’s University (Nova Scotia, Canada).

Webb is also the co-founder and director of PAVIA Gallery. During this time he has curated exhibitions and directed Artist-in-Residence programs involving prestigious Canadian artists (including Tom Forrestall, multidisciplinary Mi’kmaq artist and Sobey Art Award winner Ursula Johnson, and Sobey Art Award winner Graeme Patterson) and various International artists (including British sculptor Nigel Konstam, Italian contemporary artist Marco Ferri, and Royal West of England Academy member Adrian Edwards).

During his career, Webb has been awarded numerous artist residences in both Canada and Europe including ARCAC (Annapolis Royal, Canada) and the Quasi Quadro Award (Torino, Italy)
