Business of Good
CEED welcomed a group of inspiring social entrepreneurs to its Halifax and Antigonish offices earlier this month for interactive workshops on the topic of social enterprise and entrepreneurship.
The event included guest speakers and consulting circles with some well-known faces in the world of social enterprise. Karina LeBlanc, Pape Samb, Pat Carlson, Lisa-Drader Murphy, Tristina Sinoploi, and David Campbell engaged with a range of social entrepreneurs from organizations such as The Hub, ACALA TV, Canadian Association for Community Living Antigonish, Napkin Works, and others who wanted to learn more about getting involved.
CEED will continue to engage socially minded entrepreneurs through events like these and have an online presence in the weeks to come. Stay tuned for more information.
